Make bitpacking generic over profile and Myers'/BitPAl's scheme

Currently bitpacking only works for Myers' algorithm with the new 'bit profile'.
While BitPAl's method and the classic profile are also implemented, the SIMD methods are not generic over them and thus they can't be used/evaluated.
