I've started converting the issues which are labeled question to Q&A discussions. I hope this improves visibility a bit for people having similar issues in the future.

Please let me know if there are any issues that I missed which you'd like to see converted.

If you have had a problem in the past that you'd like to see documented, feel free to create a Q&A discussion about it which you answer yourself. Let's try to make this a comprehensive database of the common problems people have with AVR on Rust...
