Display only one time promotion on order creation page #429
Description
Currently, all active time promotions are displayed on the order creation page, even though only the highest promotion is actually applied. This creates unnecessary confusion for users.
Show only the highest applicable time promotion on the order creation page since this is the one that will be applied. This will clarify the promotion display and prevent confusion about which discount the client will receive.
