And support on email support@rainloop.net not work for over 30days. :-(

manually overwrite all files through ftp or if you have root access linux go to folder

wget https://www.rainloop.net/repository/webmail/rainloop-latest.zip
unzip -o rainloop-latest.zip

Also,

your server has problably a firewall in place with the use of standard blocklists e.g. CSF or something.

add this ip to the allow list and it will (most problably) work again: 188.114.96.3
