Internal Links which redirect to new tab not working

Description

The links which will redirect to a new tab in not working. I found this when I was browsing flutter website.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Just click on any link which redirects to a new page

Actual Result

Links are unresponsive.

Expected Result

The links should open in a new tab.
