xt/rakudoc-types.rakutest failing on valid links

xt/rakudoc-types.rakutest is failing when "Regex" is linked to the /language/regexes and trying to force an inappropriate (for that context) change to /type/Regex, e. g. in doc/Language/variables.rakudoc

@coke suggested adding a skiplist for things that are class names but can safely point elsewhere

A workaround in the meantime for the particular example above is to use lower-case in the linktext, i.e. link "regex" instead of "Regex". Apparently only title-case sets off the current version of this test.
