Report if XML documentation contains string '0' (zero) or '1' (one) #1554
Description
We should report if the XML documentation contains the string 0 as it is difficult to read dependent on the font whether it is a zero or the upper-case o character.
Same applies to 1 (one) which could be a lower case L character.
It should be replaced into <c>0</c> (zero) resp. <c>1</c> (one)
