Retrieves a disabled users

Hi, component doesn't filtering disabled users. Adding a setting for show/hide disabled users for fetching could be great.

I tried changing the entity to contact but it doesn't seem to work, just spins and spins looking for name?

cool. I did end up creating my own PCF that does contacts, like two years ago after posting the above question... but would be great if it could do contacts AND users... not sure how to make that happen.

I posted a pull request but it hasn't been approved. Yeah - I did most this stuff a few years ago as well but decided should push it out lol - https://github.com/davidmerdian/OfficeUIFabricReactPeoplePicker

The code allows you to search any entity and can even provide specific filter query as well. Hope it helps.
