Compatibility with windhawk mod

There is a windhawk mod called Slick Window Arrangement which is pretty nice to see smooth window dragging. I have it enabled. But it only works if you grab the window by the upper part, which is the default way for windows. That is, if you drag the windows using alt snap, the mod wouldn't activate. Actually, the snapping part would work but the animations would be missing.
