Problem solved. Encoding 5X faster

I built new computer with an i9 10th generation 10 core Intel. My encodes were even slower than on my Kaby Lake 4 core. It was taking 2 hours for a 40 minute video. My son figured out that it was throttling me to 15% for temp protection. He installed this program to override it. Now I can do the same episode to HEVC in 20 minutes.

DO NOT do this unless you have a massive CPU cooler like the one I installed & monitor the temperature. It is a Noctua NH-D15. It has 2 140mm fans. Encoding at 90% it keeps my CPU under 75 degrees.
