Menu not showing even though extension is installed

I installed and enabled the extension and restarted everything but it wont show up:

Hmm, that is vexing. Did you do pip install -r requirements.txt using the appropriate terminal for windows? I made a video that shows how to do this for a different extension, but it is the same process for all extensions:

I updated oobabooga yesterday and had everything working.

Let me know if you still don't see the instructions after running the cmd_windows.bat file, navigating to the extension folder, and then running pip install -r requriements.txt

The requirements @ text-generation-webui\extensions\LucidWebSearch were indeed missing, but it does still not show the menu after installing them.
