Edge - "Managed by your organization" after running default mode

Hey folks, I noticed in Edge that it's showing "Managed by your oranization" when I don't have any other accounts associated other than my local account. I did a fresh install of Win11 Pro and noticed the message wasn't there, ran Win11Debloat and it re-appeared again. Does anyone know how to prevent this creepy message from appearing? Doesn't seem to effect anything other than creepy factor.

Heya,

I can understand why this alarms you, but it only means that certain settings are locked/changed by policies. Win11Debloat uses local machine policies to change certain settings, among which are the settings to disable telemetry and certain ads/suggested content within MS Edge. Policies are normally used by organisations to lock certain settings, hence the message you see.

If you want to unlock these settings (and remove the Managed by your organization message), you can use the registry files linked to here.
