Commands Anywhere

How do you make a command that can be used anywhere, such as: DMs, GCs, and Servers without having the bot present?
I've tried everything but I cannot figure it out. So far it works in any server without the bot being present in the server, but it doesn't work in DMs, or Group Chats.

You need to make your app/bot installable by users (select both for your use-case). Check the dashboard on https://discord.dev:

Then just install/authorize the app to your account
