Can someone please tell me what is wrong

In this code the command 'test' works

I have no clue why the commands don't work in the second lot of code. please help

You don't need to import discord.ext and pymongo twice. Remove import discord.ext and import pymongo. The intents messages are enabled by default, so remove the intents.messages = True line. In addition, just use intents = discord.Intents().all() if you want to give all intents to your bot and remove all the other lines.
And what exactly doesn't work? Any errors?

It will work for all commands. The reason it didn't work is that a command is still a message. Thus without process_commands, the bot would not process the message as a command, if it was one, but as a message instead.

So aslong as I have that at the top of the on_message event all the commands will work?
