Extensions loading and reloading on sharding, and more sharding info

Hey,
So I'm currently in the process of implementing sharding correctly on my bot, and I wanted to know how discord.py manages reloading cogs when multiple shards are online. As far as I know, the cog is reloaded on a single shard, but there's not much information on how discord.py manages shard. Any info about sharding is appreciated :D
