on_message conflicting with bot command

Hello,
When I'm using

@bot.event
async def on_message(message):
    code here

The rest commands does not work.

@bot.command()
async def ping(ctx):
    await ctx.channel.send(f"Ping: {round(bot.latency * 1000)}ms")

My Code:
