I want to know that how to make a vote locked command by using the dicord.py library
an example command will also do the trick

What do you mean by "vote locked"? What should that command do?

Do you mean that someone has to vote for the bot on a bot list in order to use the command?

To do that you have to know how to make a custom command check and sand a request to an external API

for example you can take a top.gg api key

Easiest way is to use the bot lists api (https://docs.top.gg/api/bot/#individual-user-vote for top.gg or https://apidocs.fateslist.xyz for fates list)

otherwise, if they don’t have such a api, you need to store the votes yourself in your own database using webhooks

As an example for Fates List, modify it for topgg since I have no idea how they do it:
