I can't use the prefixes with hybrid_command

I'm configuring it like this:

class GeneralBot(commands.Bot):
  def __init__(self, *, intents: discord.Intents, application_id: int):
    super().__init__(command_prefix="!!", intents=intents, application_id=application_id)
    
    self.persistent_views_added = False
    
bot = GeneralBot(intents=intents, application_id=bot_ID)

The commands are formatted like this:

@commands.hybrid_command(name="helpstaff", brief="Utilities・send message to this server's staff channel")
@app_commands.describe(message="Send a message to the staff")
async def helpstaff_command(
  self, 
  ctx: commands.Context,
  message: str
 ):
   ...

But only the slash commands that are working.
