Add file upload and download option within Vs-Code Extension #9

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At this point user need to submit files and download them using a website which can be a bit difficult to navigate.
Describe the solution you'd like
It will be nice to have all of those features integrated within Vs-Code Extention
