Hi, I have installed raspap on my Orange pi 3 LTS using the quick installer, I got prompt to reboot, I saw for a while the automatically created AP on my phone wifi, but then it disappeared.

The daemon stops
when I used systemctl start raspapd, it appeared again and then disappeared.

Your logs indicate that NetworkManager is running. This is incompatible with dhcpcd. See #1098 (comment) Debug hostapd interactively from the shell: -d show debug messages (-dd for even more)

I use armbian desktop OS, I didnt install any network manager unless its included in the GUI
