It's me again... (Themes question)

Hey, I am currently making 2 themes (Dark/Light which will be on style of Material You with dynamic theming based on the color picker) for RaspAP web GUi. And I wanted to ask if I can do them in .php like you did on main theme or should I use .css? I wanted to implement the color picker thing like you did on main light theme, if not.. it's not a big deal. (Currently very alpha stage of it and only dark version for now is in my forked in my repositories in material-theme branch. Tomorrow might be already finished for current stable version non insiders)
