Can't see to start RestAPI

Hi guys, when I click "Start RestAPI service" from the admin dashboard I get the little badge that says restapi.service down. Have pasted my logs from journalctl -xeu restapi.service below. I'm not sure what they are saying, can anyone help decipher?

I'm on RaspAP v3.1.7 with Raspberry Pi OS Lite (64-bit) on a Pi 5.
