Networking tabs are missing except "Summary"

Hey guys,
Just installed a fresh copy of RaspAP on Raspberry pi 4 to use it as my main router and wifi to ethernet bridge (my source of internet in cellphone's 4G hotspot, no other external routers are present). My overall network system is as follows:
Phone with 4G internet, set as a wifi hotspot -> raspberry pi with external usb wifi adapter -> ethernet cable -> ethernet switch -> ethernet cable -> PC (win 10 os).
I've used a Custom Raspberry Pi OS Lite x64 image with the latest RaspAP from official webpage.
Now I'm having 2x issues:

1. I cant access web-ui from another computer via 10.3.141.1 address. They only way I can access if is by looking for IP address of ethernet connection on PI (via SSH). Usually it is 169.254.XX.XXX.
2. Following official documentation ( https://docs.raspap.com/wlanrouting/#attach-ethernet-or-usb-ethernet-adapter ) I wanted to set up wifi to ethernet routing, but found out that all tabs are missing at Networking page, except "Summary" .
   Will appreciate any help.

The additional Networking tabs are Insiders features, as indicated in the docs.

Ah, got it, I see it now. Thank you Billz. So basically there is no other way how to set up wifi to ethernet bridge in the free version?

Not at the moment. Sorry if this wasn't clear. I'm happy to let you evaluate Insiders to see if it does what you need. No strings attached. Just say the word.
