Control Panel UI not loading RaspberryPi 2

I am having an issue when I install the 32bit version on a raspberry pi 2 where the Control Panel UI isn't rendering. The login screen renders normally but the control panel looks like the attached photo. I have tried the last two versions including todays, and both times the outcome was the same. Is this a 32bit issue or is it perhaps not compatible with a pi 2? Any info helps, I haven't been able to find a solution in the threads.

I have used multiple browsers including my cell phone on the RaspAP AP.
