ProtonVPN support #2028

(I was reccomended here by RuralMeltdown on the discord server btw)
It would be nice to be able to manage my protonvpn settings like connection types, ad/malware blocking, and which servers i want to connect to via the webui. ProtonVPN cli (official version) is weird in linux and refuses to connect via ssh in terminal unless their is a gui.
