Restrict access by room (by card reader)

Allowing a card should only (by default) allow this card for a given reader (the reader which was used to allow this card)

Web interface could provide a way to allow a given card to some other room.

A card which was allowed on a room can be allowed to enter an other by passing a master and this card on an other reader
