Enable Toolboxes within multiple workspaces #751

Request
We use multiple workspaces to enable function creation in their own Workspaces. This is currently doable with the combination of addWorkspace(workspace) and enableWorkspace(workspace). However, within that additional workspace we use blocks that have 'parameters' in the form of another toolbox. This is currently not navigable (though the rest of the workspace is now navigable). Would it be possible to enable multiple toolboxes in this case? Thanks so much!
