How to add additional local accounts?

Very nice project, but it seems I can only add extra accounts via external auth. I also cannot change my email or password. Is that intended?

@MakiseKurisu currently this only supports 1 account and if you need more you can spin up mulitple docker instances. Currently adding more accounts to it will take a lot of additional work which idk if i want to support and maintain. The project uses better auth and a sqlite db so you can submit a PR with this feature and if its well tested I will review and accept it.
