Generalize DtNonAsciiTests to handle more non-CRAN tests #1
Description
Following up point 2 from Rdatatable/data.table#2572 and comment from Rdatatable/data.table#2571 (comment).
In principle we should be able to build out this repo to run some less regular/deeper tests of data.table than are possible on CRAN.
