French translation (po files) (#6469)

* .po files for the French translation

* qualify po/ directory

* 'master' not checked out, specify remote path. Not sure if remote is named 'master', so debug trace too.

* Super exact version

* need to fetch master?

* restore .mo files

* match domain of other .mo files

* revert changes to CI
