Add option for copying the content of a file to a clipboard in solution file preview dialog

Currently, I am unaware of sensible way to copy the content of the file from the preview dialog into a clipboard. Manually selecting the content and using Ctrl+C for some reason duplicates newlines. I am aware of an option to downloading the file, but I often find myself with IDE open from temporary location and trying to find where to put the downloaded file is tedious.

I am proposing a button like this:

There are two icons next to the file name -- the first one triggers download, the second one copies the content into the clipboard.
