Project status and a new fork

It seems like this project is not maintained anymore (no recent commits, no response to issues and pull requests).

I forked it to binwalk-ng and I plan to maintain it.

Btw, isn't the python version a better base for a fork, since some features were removed in the rust rewrite?

The rust version is more up to date and correct, so I think it is a better base. Feel free to open an issue for any missing feature.
