feat(logging): log all interactions #58
Description
🐞 Issue
The current log system only logs "administrative" actions performed by users. The bot should at least provide the option to log all interactions to a given channel or thread to offer better coverage of edge cases when, for example, it is needed to investigate if a particular command was executed using the bot itself or if the bot account was compromised.

Log all interactions to the logs channel / thread.
