zooming in on fill on non-multi-touch screens !

I have a Carlinkit brand Android Auto device. These types of devices do not have multi-touch functions because they receive screen information from the vehicle's USB port. When I try to zoom to fill any video, I need to pinch out with two fingers, but I can't. How can I add + and - buttons to the screen for zoom to fill? What steps do I need to follow?
