YouTube does not work on home WiFi.

Question

As the title suggests, the YouTube revanced app stopped working on my home WiFi about a week or so ago. It just buffers indefinitely. It works without issue on mobile data and has even worked on some other WiFis. I have tried:

• Clearing cache and app data
• Rebooting phone
• Reinstalling
• Turning off battery optimisation for both YT and microG

Have also made sure i have the latest version installed. The issue still persists. I'm out of ideas for what to try. Has anyone else had any similar issues? Any idea what might be causing it?

Verify you haven't turned off stream spoofing.

If stream spoofing is on, then Android VR is probably failing on your home network and currently the only solutions are to use a VPN or pay for Premium and turn off stream spoofing.
