YouTube tap-to seek 1 3 seconds extra loading in function

Hello, I made a suggestion to add 1 and 3 seconds to the tap-to-seek function on YouTube, but it said it will be added soon. It's been over 2 months and it still hasn't been added. When will it be added?

Use a time machine and check. No ETA

What do you mean by time machine? I mean the time it takes to rewind this video. Currently, the minimum time is 5 seconds.
