Hey there! I also struggle with that. By default, youtube revanced can disable vibrations in chapters seekbar (at least for recommended YouTube v20.14.43). BUT, you cannot disable vibration for "hold to speed up" function that increases video speed by x2 (by default) and that's really annoying. I know that this feature is in Revanced Extended, but it'll be cool to have in ReVanced itself :)
