Question

There's a problem with YouTube; when watching any video, a loading screen appears for a few seconds, and then the video rewinds 5-6 seconds from where I was watching. How can I fix this? Also, the comment section doesn't appear on short videos. I've reported this problem many times, but it still hasn't been fixed.
