Video didn't want to play at all on wifi but does play with data and VPN

Question

I think this is not the first time, happened rare but once or twice. But today is worse.
Any video won't play, just buffering. Using data can play the video.

The temporary fix is to use Cloudflare VPN.

In my android settings, the dns i set already with Cloudflare/one.one.one.one. I tried to change to other dns and still not working. Rebooting phone didn't work also.

Only with Cloudflare Warp VPN can play the video.

YT Revanced ver 20.14.43. GMS Core updated to the latest, Revanced updated to the latest.
