Inconsistency in comments

Currently, comments are inconsistently formatted. It is unknown, whether to use whole sentences, start with upper or lowercase, use punctuation, and so on.

Solution

@revanced/patches Introduce a style guide to affected repositories.

Additional context

The style guide should not be specifically for comments, but a general style guide for affected repositories so that in the future more guides can be added.
