feat: Hide universal patches if "Allow using universal patches" is off #2903

@ILoveOpenSourceApplications

Description

Feature description

This feature ensures that the universal patch options are hidden from the UI if the "Allow using universal patches" setting is turned off. When this setting is disabled, users won’t see any universal patches, simplifying the interface and making it more intuitive. It effectively hides unnecessary options, ensuring that users only see the patches specific to the app they want to patch, based on their preferences.

Motivation

The goal of this feature is to reduce clutter and prevent confusion. If a user has explicitly disabled the ability to use universal patches, showing those options in the interface would only create unnecessary noise. By hiding them, we make the experience cleaner and more focused on the relevant functionality. It also reduces the chances of users mistakenly trying to use features that aren't available to them, making the interface more streamlined and user-friendly.
