bug(YouTube): Save to Watch Later does not work

Bug description

In YouTube patched with ReVanced, when doing any of the following actions, an error is shown as "Precondition check failed" and the action is not completed.

• Tapping 3 dot menu on a Video or a Short and tapping "Save to Watch Later"
• Tapping 3 dot menu, then "Save to playlist", then selecting a playlist and then tapping Done
• Creating a new playlist

With these options gone, there's essentially no way to create a custom playlist of videos or shorts.

• Spoofing to any app version does not solve this issue

Odd why it's failing for your account but not others (latest version works for me).

If you reinstall the latest version, try turning off all debug client flags and see if that fixes it:

1. Enable debugging in Miscellaneous > Debugging (but do not turn on stack trace or protocol logging)
2. Force close YouTube
3. Launch YouTube
4. Try to add a video to a playlist, verify it shows the error
5. Go back to debug setting menu, open Feature flags manager
6. Select all flags (upper left icon)
7. Add all flags to exclude (bottom left icon)
8. (Verify no numbers are shown in the left column)
9. Press save, restart
10. Try to add the same video to a playlist again
