bug(YouTube): Enabling "Hide in related videos" for filter bar breaks the fullscreen player

Bug description

It seems that enabling the setting in YouTube Revanced settings Revanced>Feed>Filter bar>Hide in related videos breaks the player. Related videos is a bottom-swipeable section of videos related to the currently watched one that appears below the seekbar when in fullscreen. Instead of just disabling the filter bar on this section, it makes the related videos overlay stuck atop the seekbar and not possible to swipe back down. See the screenshots below, with this setting enabled and disabled:

This issue is present all the time with 20.21+

It seems this layout has now rolled out to 20.14 (the a/b test is over, and it's now positive for old targets too).

Partial fix, but a better fix may exist:
