Allow to disable vibration (haptics) on tap-and-hold to speed up video (by 2x by default)
Motivation
It'll be great to add since revanced-patches already has haptics disablers for chatpers, precise seeking, seek undo and zoom. I guess scrubbling was just forgotten. This is one of revanced's killer features for me since my OnePlus device doesn't allow me to disable haptics for applications (or systemwide) without rooting device.
