Why only technical roles in this repo?

I like the way MadSkillz communicates the values, skills, and attitudes Readifarian's in various roles should embody.

It would be cool/interesting to do the same for the non-technical roles.

Specifically, I'm personally curious to read about the sales and account manager roles.

We started with development roles and it got expanded to what you see now by people contributing their ideas about other areas. Drop a PR with a role you have on your mind and I think there will be plenty of interest in reviewing.
