Issue Description

On the Dashboard site of RDS, on the users page while there are 2 main conatainers, 1st one contains the scrollable list of users and 2nd container displays the users data. The 2nd container which displays the information of user also gets scrolled while scrolling down the list of users, and upon selecting the user you need to scroll to the top again in order to see the users information.

Expected Behavior

Only the container containing users list should be scrollable and not the information container as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the dashboard site.
2. Visit the following web page: Discord Users
3. Scroll down the users list and select any user, In order to read the users information You will have to scroll to the top.
