Make damage from lack of oxygen pass through armor

If you take off some part of your space suite while in space, you'll start getting NO_OXYGEN damage. However it gets blocked by the armor you currently wear (or remaining parts of space suite) and the armor itself is getting damaged by it.

NO_OXYGEN damage should bypass player's armor
