Users not able to link discord account

Issue Description

When users link discord account, then after the linking happens they are brought back to the same page where

Expected Behavior

After linking is done, it should show Link success full page

Current Behavior

Users are seeing the linking page again and again

1. Link discord to rds, and again, open the same page.
