Steps to reproduce
- http://localhost/Code/BlueThrust5%20R17/BlueThrust5/src/members/console.php?cID=145
- upload a file
- http://localhost/Code/BlueThrust5%20R17/BlueThrust5/src/members/console.php?cID=146
- click on the file
What happens?
- no link to download it
What should happen instead?
- link to download it. probably need to link to download.php in the root directory
