Microcks is broken

Microcks is installed using the latest image stream, and this is currently broken. The workaround is to execute the following from Bastion:

oc project microcks
oc import-image microcks --from=docker.io/microcks/microcks --all --confirm

Via the OCP web console (as admin), navigate to the Microcks project and update the Microcks deployment to use Microcks:0.8.0. Once that reboots, Microcks will work and you will be able to see the imported API's.

Change the image tag to 0.8.0 @hguerrero should we create one for this repo or reuse the one on 3scale-api-workshop?
